Health Tips for Couples Series - Post 3

Friendly competition can be a driving motivational force to help you achieve your goals. When competing with your partner, it is a playful way of inspiring each other to be your absolute best!

Try some of these fun challenge ideas:

-Boycotting eating out for a month

-Drinking a gallon of water every day

-Reaching for over 10,000 steps each day

-Going to the gym at least 3 times per week

-Participating in a new fitness class each month

-Holding a 30 second plank before each meal

-Taking part in a posture challenge

-Or any other health directed habit that you can encourage each other to stick to!
